The David Umahi University of Medical Science Scholarship is offered by the Government of Ebonyi state. The scholarship is offered to Six successful candidate from each state of the Federation including the FCT for a one year period. The scholarship will be offered through David Nweze Umahi University of Medical Sciences, Uburu, Ebonyi State, Nigeria.

The scholarship benefit is offered based on the course of study. A detailed breakdown of the scholarship benefit can be seen on the table below;

The above fees excluding feeding will be paid for the successful candidates for one year by Ebonyi State Government.

Scholarship Requirement
The requirement for the Scholarship are stated below;
- Candidate must be a Nigerian
- Candidate must apply for admission through JAMB in the 2022/2023 session
- Evidence of ability to continue with self-financing from second year of study must be shown.
- All students of the institution must be boarding students within the school complex
- All Scholarship and non-Scholarship students will be responsible for their own feeding
